- 2 medium mango or 1 big mango (about one cup)
- 1 ½ tsp. ghee
- ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
- ½ tsp. cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp. cardamom powder
- Cut the mango in squares.
- In a pan, sauté the spices for 10 seconds.
- Add the mango.
- Keep stirring until the mango is very soft.
