Mango Stew


  • 2 medium mango or 1 big mango (about one cup)

  • 1 ½ tsp. ghee

  • ¼ tsp. turmeric powder

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon powder

  • ¼ tsp. cardamom powder


  1. Cut the mango in squares.

  2. In a pan, sauté the spices for 10 seconds.

  3. Add the mango.

  4. Keep stirring until the mango is very soft.

  5. Enjoy!!
