2 medium mango or 1 big mango (about one cup)
1 ½ tsp. ghee
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
½ tsp. cinnamon powder
¼ tsp. cardamom powder
Cut the mango in squares.
In a pan, sauté the spices for 10 seconds.
Add the mango.
Keep stirring until the mango is very soft.
