Initial consultations with Ayurvedic Doctor Alakananda Ma include a detailed history and Ayurvedic assessment including pulse reading. Patients can expect to learn their Prakruti (constitution) and their Vikruti (imbalances) as well as an outline for treatment upon leaving. During the academic year, lifestyle counseling is provided without additional cost by the Alandi Gurukula students. This includes a personalized take home plan that is especially prepared for you focusing diet, lifestyle, exercise, habits and spirituality.
Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:30 am and 5 pm MST. Both virtual (phone/internet) and in-person appointments are available.
Cost of initial appointment (1.5 hours) — $180 Herbs are an additional charge
Cost of follow up — $95 (45 minutes) Herbs are an additional charge

Please note this is an Ayurvedic teaching clinic. During the academic year, students are present in appointments to assist during consultations, including taking notes. Students also conduct vitals prior to the appointment — 30 minutes before hand for initial consultations, and 15 minutes beforehand for follow ups. Please bring the results of any recent blood tests with you.
