During the winter and spring, which is kapha time of year, it’s common for all the doshic types to have excess kapha dosha. What does that mean? Those sticky, heavy, wet, dense, slow-moving qualities that cause sinus congestion and mucus in the upper body = excess kapha dosha. Gross.
